Karla Otto is one of the most(if not most) important fashion publicist with a client list that includes Hussein Chalayan, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Jil Sander, Lagerfeld Homme, Marni, Nike, Viktor & Rolf and the now nonexistent Homme by Hedi Slimane.
