Dior’s New Homme

Hedi is out and Kris is in.

A la Stella y Phoebe, Kris Van Assche who worked for seven years under Hedi Slimane will rise and artistic director he will become. The Belgian designer also has his on line, graduated from Antwerp Royal Academy, and also worked for YSL. I for one am extremely excited anytime there is change, and truly believe that Hedi’s work was about done for Dior Homme. The line should take a completely different direction than its only for 19 year old wannabe rockstar coke thing.

Hedi I’m sure will continue and start his own line or maybe more photography je ne sais pas. (hedi slimane’s diary)

  1. so true about the Belgian fashion designers. I saw a Belgian waffle today and it made me think about eating them in the courtyard of the Cathedral in Antwerp 2 years ago.
